I would like to thank you both for a wonderful buying experience I had with you. I have traveled upstate, over to CT, and down the line looking at used vehicles for my son since his was totaled by a rear end accident. We had minimal time to find another vehicle since the other insurance company was taking back the rental once they issued us a check. I was so discouraged with either the vehicles they were trying to sell me or the pressure they endured me with to buy a vehicle from them. Then I attempted to look on the internet again and found T and T auto. I called and was told by a nice gentleman to take a ride down, no pressure, see you when you get here. I traveled 1/2 hr over to Modena to their business to look at a 98 GMC Sonoma. When I got there TJ came outside and showed me the vehicle I told him I was interested in and without even starting it I knew I was going to buy it just from the pure first impression instinct I had about TJ and Tina. They were very nice people to do business with. I told TJ I wanted to buy the vehicle and was sent inside to talk to Tina about the paperwork. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMEONE SO ORGANIZED AS TINA. This paper work process that is usually such a drag literally took less than 10 minutes. I was told to come back the next day to pick the vehicle up and even though I had to wait a little while I had the pleasure of meeting their youngest daughter that was trying to get her aunt to give her all of her homework answers which was so cute. They are real down to earth people that are very honest, respectful, and sell quality cars. Even though I had a couple of issues with the vehicle I bought...Which is common in all used cars, TJ is always a phone call away and always assures me by saying no problem, drop it off and I will handle it. I would recommend then to anyone I hear that is looking for a quality used car that is priced just right. I think my only complaint is that I believe Tina deserves a bigger office...hint, hint TJ, LOL. All and all I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
